Culturally Competent Academic Supports

We believe that every young black male should have the opportunity to develop a positive self-image and a positive cultural image. We have created our workshops to promote positive self-esteem. We teach black history from a black framework. Proud to highlight past and present-day black genius, including accomplishments, creativity, strength, resilience, ingenuity, and community. We resist the notion of black history beginning with slavery. Our two-part series offers young black males and their parents/caregivers a one-of-a-kind enlightenment experience designed to equip families of black male youth with a toolkit of black pride & self-care principles.
